As most of you are aware, last week South-east Qld suffered severe flooding that affected thousands of people, leaving many homeless, and some without their loved ones. Our thoughts and hearts are with those suffering in the wake of the flooding, and we're all doing what we can to help out. I would like to mention several groups that are raising money for the flood victims, and hopefully bring some more willing helpers their way!

Adopt-A-Wash was started so those of us who can't physically volunteer for clean up (eg. those of us with kids and no free babysitter!) can do something to help out! The idea is that you do the washing for someone who can't because of the floods.
